Seats decide what each person uses
Each person in your organisation has one seat. The seat decides which parts of the product they can use. Owners and admins need a seat with the full set of tools.
Pro
For managers, admins and the owner: everything, including AI, activity reports, meeting recording and the full admin console.
Standard
For office and field staff: phone, voicemail, customer inbox and tickets, contacts, chat, tasks, meetings. No AI screens, activity reports or meeting recording.
Collaborator
A basic seat for subcontractors and part-timers: chat, channels, tasks, calendar, the knowledge base (read and ask the assistant) and meetings. No phone, customers or contacts book. Not for admins.
Good to know
- Pricing is announced at launch. Register your interest to hear first.
- You bring your own phone and texting providers. Their call, text and number charges are paid to them, not to us.
- Prices will be in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so none is charged. If that changes, GST will be added on top of the prices, with at least 30 days' notice.
- Every plan is for conversations with customers. There are no bulk marketing tools.
- Customer email in the shared inbox is coming soon, so plans that list email will not include it until it is released.
